To make payments:

Use any of these three options:
1. Mail a check to your HOA: PO Box 111; Clemson, SC 29633
2. Go by Foothills Property Management office (1017 Tiger Blvd., Clemson) and give them a check. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
3. Contact your bank and set up recurring payments (based on due dates). Your bank will automatically send a check for payment to Foothills at PO Box 111, Clemson, SC 29633. This is at no cost to you.
